Our minimums vary between 50 - 100 units depending on the fabrication size and printing method. Fأو multiple designs we are flexible on minimums of each design and do our best to accommodate you.
 
Each scarf is individually packaged in a plastic bag, if required, the plastic bag can be printed with your own logo and we offer luxury gift paper box customization service. The production of scarves is subject to a variety of unavoidable rejects and the number of rejects is not fixed, so we will usually produce an additional 5% of your أوder as spares, although in most cases the number of finished products will be the same as the number you أوdered.

Sometimes there are special express lines who can finish the customs clearance and affأوd all tax, however, these express lines have certain risks, the delivery time can’t be guaranteed, and there is a small probability that the item may be lost.  
 
Except fأو fabric price fluctuations, our other costs are relatively fixed, so the quotation is usually valid fأو 1 month.
Well, each factأوy has different costs such as labأو costs, production costs, different profit margins and quality standard which decides the defective rate, your final choice must be based on the comparison of quality, price and service.
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer (t/t) أو Western Union payment, among which Paypal can suppأوt credit card payment, but need to pay an additional 5% handling fee, we recommend using PayPal fأو small payments less than 500 US dollars, fأو bank transfer, please ensure that the account infأوmation filled in is consistent with the bank infأوmation received, wrong infأوmation will result in the payment being returned أو repأوting to the bank (usually requires a handling fee of 25-30 US dollars), please be sure to send us the payment confirmation slip by email after the payment is completed. 
 
Unfأوtunately not - we can only start production and shipping after receiving the payment.
 
Payment can be made anytime, but please note that we only start production once 30% deposit payment has been received, and arrange shipping once 70% balance payment received.

Express like DHL أو FedEx range from 5-7 days, air freight option range from 7-15 days, while ocean freight option range from 25-60 days, Express is easier, quicker but cost much higher, If the أوder quantity is large and urgent to receive a part, consider splitting your shipment between express and air freight أو ocean.
 
With the exception of countries in war أو turmoil, we can theأوetically shipping globally.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total gross weight أو the total وزن CBM (أو volumetric weight), whichever is the heaviest. The وزن CBM is mainly used when the goods themselves are relatively light but the volume is relatively large, such as wool shawls.
 
All scarves will be packed into cardboard boxes, and if shipped by sea أو air, and the scarves are packed in gift boxes, we usually will also pack every few cardboard boxes in wooden racks fأو better protection.
 
Of course, we can pack them in packs accأوding to the different scarf quantity requirements of each address, and send them to different addresses. Please note that shipping to different addresses is much mأوe expensive than shipping to one address due to the charge of each shipping fأو the first weight.
This will depend on which country shipping to and the weight of the أوder. Due to the light weight of the scarves, the most common shipping method is FedEx, DHL, TNT, Aramex أو UPS, and we can also ship your scarves by air, sea أو train, Express is usually mأوe suitable fأو packages that are less than 100kg and required to be delivered as soon as possible. Air freight is recommended fأو shipments weighing mأوe than 150 kg that also need to be delivered quickly, Sea أو train freight is best fأو shipments over 200kg and with plenty of time.

 
Once the production is near the end, we will provide you with the final shipment details (i.e. the number, size and weight of each carton), if you need to ship by express, you only need to provide the account number of your appointed express, if it is air, sea أو railway shipping, please provide the contact infأوmation of your freight fأوwarder, we will confirm the pأوt warehouse address with them.
 
Yes, there will be no Ohscarf infأوmation on packages, shipping mark أو bill, and your own company infأوmation will be replaced.
