ما هي الطباعة الرقمية أحادية الجانب أو الطباعة الرقمية العادية ?

Single-sided digital printing uses the high-pressure nozzle to spray textile-specific ink on the surface of the fabric and penetrates into the fiber to form the required pattern, the working principle of digital printing is just like the inkjet printer in the office. The ink is transferred directly to the paper. A different type of ink was used of course, the medium was fabric instead of paper, and the fabric needed to be pre-sized.

Single-sided digital printing is the most widely used printing method, mainly used in natural animal fiber fabrics such as silk wool or plant fiber fabrics such as cotton, linen, modal, rayon, tencel, etc. Its advantages lie in higher production efficiency, relatively cheap price and the low minimum quantity.

The only disadvantage is that the color on the back of the fabric is relatively dull, and the color difference between the front and back is obvious. After adding penetrant, the color on the back can be improved, but at the same time, the fineness of the front printing will be reduced. If there is a higher requirement for the back color, double-sided digital printing is recommended.
